At Undo Braid and Extension Takedown Studio, your only job while here, is to unwind while we Undo. We specialize in gently Undoing braids, twists, cornrows, and extensions for you. Whether you’re looking for a fresh start or need to prepare your hair for a new style, we ensure a careful, relaxing process. While we offer wash, condition, and blow-dry services, they are available à la carte and are not automatically included. You can select them as an add-on when booking.

Each service is designed with care, focusing on protecting your natural hair and providing an experience of ultimate relaxation.

When booking, if you don’t see a time that works for you, feel free to text us at (470) 286-4826. We’ll do our best to try to accommodate you!

Cancellation Policy / Wrong Locations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Wrong Location & Late Arrival Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and our stylists plan their schedule around each client.

Please double-check the location listed in your confirmation email/text. Our two UNDO locations are 40 minutes apart, so it is extremely important that you travel to the correct one.

If You Arrive at the Wrong Location:

You must travel to the correct location and arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time.
If you cannot arrive within that window, your appointment will be marked as a late cancellation.

If We Are Able to Wait

If we have room in the schedule and are able to squeeze you in:

A $25 wait fee will be added due to the stylist having to wait and adjustments needed for upcoming client appointments.

If We Cannot Wait

If we are unable to wait or fit you in:

You will lose your deposit,
And you will need to reschedule with a new deposit.

We want every client’s experience to be smooth and stress-free. Wrong-location arrivals and late arrivals impact your stylist, the next client, and the entire schedule.

Sizing Braid Test

Upon your arrival, UNDO will perform a quick sizing braid test at each appointment to match your braids to our swatch braid ring. This ensures your booking reflects your actual braid size. Service time and pricing may be adjusted based on the results.

Hair Length

To ensure we provide the best service possible, we kindly ask that you check the length of your hair before booking. If your hair is at the bra strap, you MUST select the corresponding option during checkout to avoid any service delays or additional charges.

Waiver

Additionally, all clients are required to complete and sign the waiver prior to their appointment. Failure to do so may result in appointment rescheduling.

Tangled / Matted Hair / Beginning to Loc @ Roots

Additional Fee for Matted or Tangled Hair

To ensure a smooth and efficient takedown process, an additional fee applies if your hair is excessively tangled or matted.

If your braids have been in for 2+ months, there is a higher chance of matting and tangling at the roots, which requires extra time and care to remove safely.
A $35 additional fee will be applied for moderate matting.
If your hair is severely matted and requires extended detangling time, an additional fee will be added per extra hour will be charged.
Final assessment will be made upon arrival. Clients will be informed of any additional charges before the service begins.

Tangled / Matted Hair / 3+ Months

If the hair has begun to loc substantially (typically 3+ months of new growth or neglect), we reserve the right to charge an additional detangling fee of $50 PER HOUR.

This will be at Undo’s discretion.

Important Information for Your Appointment

Deposits

Deposit is required. The deposits will be $25 per service. Which will be deducted from your balance.
The deposit is non-refundable, but you are eligible to rebook within 7 days.

Privacy and Comfort

As we Undo your hair, your privacy and comfort are our top priorities. To ensure a serene and relaxing environment for all, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing extra guests due to privacy and our limited space. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Payments

We DON'T accept payment in the form of cash. We accept all major credit cards.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period will be provided. After this, your appointment will be canceled, you will have to reschedule.

Children

We welcome children aged 6 and above, as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Please let us know in advance if you have specific requirements for your child.
