Booking Policies

Important Information for Your Appointment

Deposit is required. The deposits will be $25 per service. Which will be deducted from your balance.

The deposit is non-refundable, but you are eligible to rebook within 7 days.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Wrong Location & Late Arrival Policy
 
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and our stylists plan their schedule around each client.
 
Please double-check the location listed in your confirmation email/text. Our two UNDO locations are 40 minutes apart, so it is extremely important that you travel to the correct one.
 
If You Arrive at the Wrong Location:
  • You must travel to the correct location and arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time.
  • If you cannot arrive within that window, your appointment will be marked as a late cancellation.
If We Are Able to Wait
 
If we have room in the schedule and are able to squeeze you in:
  • A $25 wait fee will be added due to the stylist having to wait and adjustments needed for upcoming client appointments.
If We Cannot Wait
 
If we are unable to wait or fit you in:
  • You will lose your deposit,
  • And you will need to reschedule with a new deposit.

We want every client’s experience to be smooth and stress-free. Wrong-location arrivals and late arrivals impact your stylist, the next client, and the entire schedule.

As we Undo your hair, your privacy and comfort are our top priorities. To ensure a serene and relaxing environment for all, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing extra guests due to privacy and our limited space. Thank you for your understanding.

We DON'T accept payment in the form of cash. We accept all major credit cards.
