Undo Braid and Extension Takedown Studio was established to fill a gap in the hair care industry, focusing exclusively on the safe and efficient removal of braids, twists, cornrows, and extensions. Many women face challenges when it comes to taking down these protective styles without damaging their natural hair. Undo’s mission is to provide a solution that is not only professional and thorough but also therapeutic. The salon aspires to combine the services of a traditional hair salon with the relaxation and comfort of a spa, making it a unique hybrid that caters to both physical and emotional well-being. Here at Undo Braid and Extension Takedown Studio, your only job while here, is to unwind while we Undo.
Our mission is to assist you in “Undo’ing what has been done – from your braids, cornrows, twists, extensions and even your stressful day. When you walk in Undo, our mission is to alleviate your stress of removing your own tresses, while inviting you to unwind in a tranquil & serene atmosphere. Your life is busy enough, so instead of struggling to remove your extensions & potentially damaging your hair, your only job while here – is to focus on you.
Whether you decide to work on your next million dollar proposal, finish drawing up that contract, place your online grocery order, browse online for your next hairstyle, watch a movie or simply listen to the waterfalls while reflecting & enjoying a glass of bubbly…you get to DO whatever you please, while we Undo your do for you.
We understand that life gets busy, and finding time for yourself is rare. At Undo, we’re committed to making that time count for you. We offer the perfect retreat for anyone who needs to “Undo” both their hair and the stress of their daily lives. Our zen spa ambiance provides you with a tranquil, soothing atmosphere as we care for your hair.
When you leave – not only will your scalp feel clean & free, but your heart, mind, & soul will feel it too, because you just regained your peace of mind & some extra time. You may not always remember what someone said, but you will always remember how they made you feel. At Undo, not only does your crown matter to us, but you matter too. You may enter feeling burdened because of your “do”, but you are guaranteed to leave feeling lighter, happier, calmer, rejuvenated, refreshed, & refocused…& a new you.
Deposit is required. The deposits will be $25 per service. Which will be deducted from your balance.
The deposit is non-refundable, but you are eligible to rebook within 7 days.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
As we UNDO your hair, your privacy and comfort are our top priorities. To ensure a serene and relaxing environment for all, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing extra guests due to privacy and our limited space. Thank you for your understanding.
We DON'T accept payment in the form of cash. We accept all major credit cards.
Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period will be provided. After this, your appointment will be canceled, you will have to reschedule.
We welcome children aged 6 and above, as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Please let us know in advance if you have specific requirements for your child.
Don’t forget to bring your ear buds so that you can watch your favorite Netflix movies in our provided tablets!
