1.2 Services Offered:
Undo Braid and Extension Takedown Studio offers hair services, which include the removal of braids, twists, cornrows, extensions, followed by a wash and blow-dry. Please note that no styling services are provided.
1.3 Age Requirement for Services:
We service adults and children aged 5 years and older. Children must be accompanied by an adult unless prior arrangements have been discussed.
2.1 Deposits:
A deposit is required. The deposit will be $25.
The deposit is non-refundable, but you are eligible to rebook within 7 days.
2.2 Appointment Requirements:
Appointments must be booked online or through our external booking platform.
Clients must arrive on time for their appointment.
No extra guests are allowed, except for children receiving services (must be accompanied by an adult).
2.3 Service Limitations:
Please note that we do not offer hair styling or other services beyond undoing, washing, and drying.
3.1 Cancellations:
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
3.2 Late Arrivals:
Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period will be provided. After this, your appointment will be canceled, and you will have to reschedule.
3.3 Rescheduling:
You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
4.1 Payment Methods:
We accept payments via major credit cards. We do not accept checks or other payment methods unless previously agreed upon.
4.2 Final Payments:
Final payment for services is due at the time of your appointment. The deposit made at booking will be credited toward the total amount.
5.1 Health Conditions:
It is the client’s responsibility to inform Undo Braid and Extension Takedown Studio staff of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to receiving any services. We cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions to products or services if such conditions are not disclosed.
6.1 Personal Information:
By using our website and booking services, you agree that Undo Braid and Extension Takedown Studio may collect and store personal information such as your name, contact details, and booking history. We use this information solely for booking purposes and to improve our services.
